Shipping Policy

Alcoholic beverages may only be sold and delivered to individuals 21 years or older.
By placing an order, you confirm that both you and the recipient are at least 21 years old.
Upon delivery, the recipient must provide a valid government-issued ID to verify age.
If delivery cannot be completed on the first attempt, we cannot guarantee the condition of your wine.
Shipping charges are non-refundable if a package is returned due to the inability to secure an adult signature.

All orders are deemed consummated in New York, regardless of the shipping destination.
Title to all wine passes to the buyer at the time of purchase.
By requesting shipping, you authorize Vino to arrange delivery through a common carrier on your behalf.
Vino is not responsible for delays or damage caused by extreme weather conditions during shipment.
Orders are shipped as soon as possible, unless otherwise specified.

Once your order is picked up by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the buyer.
Vino is not liable for mishandling, delays, or damages caused by the shipping carrier.
If an order is returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, all return shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
In the unlikely event of damage in transit, the buyer assumes responsibility, as carriers do not reimburse for alcohol shipments.
