Perkins Harter Sparkling Rose of Pinot Willamette Valley NV

A sparkling rosé made from the 2023 vintage of Pinot Noir (75%) and the 2024 vintage of Pinot Meunier. The color is blended in from a separate carbonic fermentation of Pinot Meunier to limit phenolic extraction. After a short tirage to preserve freshness and vitality, this wine was hand disgorged and bottled under cork and cage 11.5% ABV.
